DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
I ship my products worldwide !
Nevertheless, some products (such as games and fabrics) are forbidden to be shipped to some countries. I will make sure to check whether I can or cannot ship ordered products before sending them to you. In the very very rare case your country doesn't allow any products, I will contact you.
International Buyers (outside of France) : Requests for packages to be marked as a "Gift" or declared for lower than the actual value will be denied. Buyers are responsible for any local fees such as customs, VAT, etc. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.
Shipping price is calculated at check out, depending on your order's total weight. Prices applied include stamp price (according to French post service La Poste's prices), and packing materials.
TRACKING OF MY ORDER
You can choose to have your order tracked or not at checkout.
Tracking might, in some very rare cases, not work anymore once the package leaves France, due to some countries that don't update tracking.
Please keep in mind that I am not responsible in the case your package gets lost once sent, even if you chose tracked shipping. Please try to get in touch with your local post office to check whether they can do anything about it or not (it may help sometimes).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE TO ME?
If your order doesn't include any pre-order items(s), please allow 14-21 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Once sent, an order would usually take up to 3 weeks to arrive to you, but it may take longer sometimes, depending on where you live.
If you ordered one or more [Pre-order] (or [P-O]) item(s), your order will take several months to get to you. Please read my pre-orders information page.
I THINK I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ADDRESS, CAN I MODIFY IT?
If you made any mistake in your address, please contact me at email@example.com within 72 hours after placing your order.
Please review and make sure your address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to me, a re-shipping fee will apply. In the case the package is sent to another address and is not sent back to me, I won't be able to refund you.
I PRE-ORDERED SOMETHING BUT MOVED SINCE, HOW TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS?
If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order yet, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and new address.
If you've just received the shipping notification, email me as soon as possible at email@example.com. I usually send shipping notifications a few hours before bringing the orders to the post office. Nevertheless, I can't assure you your order has't shipped yet when you get this notification. Moon Bun can not be taken responsible if your package doesn't reach you due to an address error. I won't be able to refund you in that case.
CAN I COMBINE TWO OR MORE ORDERS?
Due to logistical reasons, it is not possible to combine orders at the moment.
Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to host a group order for any of my products.
I will not be responsible if the group order host doesn't send you the products you ordered from them. Please check carefully whether the host is reliable or not before ordering through a group order.
