Shipping

Do you ship worldwide ?

Yes ! 

International Buyers (outside of European Union) : Buyers are responsible for any local fees such as customs, VAT, etc. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering. I'm not responsible for these fees.

 

Shipping price

Shipping price is calculated at check out, depending on your order's total weight. Prices applied include stamp price (according to French post service La Poste's prices) and packing materials.

 

Tracking of my order

You can choose to have your order tracked or not at checkout.

Please keep in mind that I am not part of postal service, and once I've dropped your order to French postal service, I'm not responsible if your package gets lost, even if you chose tracked shipping. Please try to get in touch with your local post office to check whether they can do anything about it or not (it may help sometimes). Keep in mind that lost orders without tracking won't be eligible for any kind of refund.

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive to me ?

If your order doesn't include any pre-order items(s), please allow 5-15 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that some delays can occur and can be notified in the banner at the top of my website or by email.

Once sent, an order would usually take up to 3 weeks to arrive to you, but it may take longer, depending on where you live.

Here are some average times according to previous customers feedback :

  • France → 1 to 3 days
  • Europe → about a week
  • USA/Canada → 2 weeks
  • Australia/New Zealand → 1 month
  • China → 2 months
Please note these are subject to changes depending on postal service and public holidays.


If you ordered one or more [Pre-order] (or [P-O]) item(s), your order will take several months to get to you. Please read my pre-orders information page.

 

I think I made a mistake on my address, how can I modify it ?

If you made any mistake on your address, please contact me at contact@moonbun.shop within 72 hours after placing your order.

Please review and make sure your address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to me, a re-shipping fee will apply. In the case the package is sent to another address and is not sent back to me, I won't be able to refund you.

 

I pre-ordered something a while ago but moved since, or I plan to move soon, how can I let you know ?

If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order yet, you can email me at contact@moonbun.shop with your order number and new address.

If you've just received the shipping notification, email me as soon as possible at contact@moonbun.shop. I usually send shipping notifications a few hours before bringing the orders to the post office. Nevertheless, I can't assure you your order hasn't shipped yet when you get this notification. Moon Bun can not be taken responsible if your package doesn't reach you due to an address error. I won't be able to refund you in that case.

If you've placed your pre-order more than 3 months ago, I will email you to check for your address and prevent any problem of this kind. If you plan to move soon, you can also ask me to hold your order for a few more weeks while you've fully moved in.

 

Can I combine 2 orders ?

Due to logistical reasons, it is not possible to combine orders at the moment.

 

I'm coming to an event you're attending, can I pick up my order there ?

Yes ! But please note if you've already paid for shipping I won't be able to refund you. Please select the "event pick up" shipping method ;)

 

Group orders

Please contact me at contact@moonbun.shop if you would like to host a group order for any of my products.

I will not be responsible if the group order host doesn't send you the products you ordered from them. Please check carefully whether the host is reliable or not before ordering through a group order.

PRE-ORDERS

WHY "PRE-ORDERS"?

Pre-orders are a way to help me fund the production of items I (sadly) can't self-fund ! Depending on the items costs, I will open a few slots to fund them.

HOW LONG DO PRE-ORDERS LAST?

The duration of a pre-order period can last for a set amount of time or until all the slots are filled.

WHY SHOULD I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM?

Pre-orders always get a little discount ! For example, a pin I would sell €15.00 would be €14.00 during pre-order period. Moreover, I will always try to add some cool freebies to pre-orders uwu

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM DOESN'T GET FUNDED?

Sadly, if an item doesn't get enough interest and doesn't get the necessary minimal funds to its production, I won't be able to put it into production and I will refund you.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE ITEM IS FUNDED?

Once the item is funded, I will send the products into production. Depending on the item, production can take several weeks. Once production is done, the manufacturer will ship the items to me. If the items are pins, I will grade every single one and then prepare all orders including those items. Finally, I will be able to send you your products ! The whole process can be long and take from a few weeks to several months, so please be patient ^^ I will update my Instagram (@moonbun.co) and Twitter (@moonbun_co) accounts when I will get updates from my manufacturers !

Don't worry ! Pre-orders aren't the only moment you can grab an item ^^ More slots will be added in a next shop update after I received the items.

CAN I ORDER BOTH PRE-ORDER AND IN-STOCK ITEMS?

Yes, you can! However, I will only be able to send you your order once I received the pre-ordered items. Please order in-stock items separatly if you want to get them earlier.

 

PIN GRADING

WHAT IS PIN GRADING?

When I order pins from a manufacturer, some look almost exactly like the artwork I sent, and so are nearly perfect, whereas some others might have little flaws, like scratches, specks of dust, etc. This way, granding pins is a way to separate my pins in 3 different quality categories : A, B and C grades.

When I order pins from a manufacturer, some look almost exactly like the artwork I sent, and so are nearly perfect, whereas some others might have little flaws, like scratches, specks of dust, etc. This way, granding pins is a way to separate my pins in 3 different quality categories : A, B and C grades.

3 DIFFERENT QUALITY GRADES?

My pins are graded from A to C, A being the best ones, B the ones with minor flaws and C the ones with more noticeable flaws. Pins with too much noticeable flaws will be separated in a fourth category called 'seconds', and won't be sold for now.

A Grade : Highest quality of pins, nearly perfect, but they might have some minor flaws (ie. small scratchs, little specks of dust, little dents, slightly underfilled enamel), usually only visible upon close inspection or in a certain light. I would recommend this to collectors !

B Grade : Good quality with some more noticeable flaws such as scratches, air bubbles or specks of dust, light scratches, underfill of enamel in small areas, but will not be noticeable from afar though. Those are perfect for casual collectors~

C Grade : Still good quality but with more noticeable flaws like bad plating, bigger air bubbles, deep scratches and dents, overfill of color, enamel going over the platings or missing enamel in several places, etc. Still great if you want to wear them !

Please keep in mind that I grade pins the fairest way possible myself ^^

Price change depending on the grade of a pin, B grade pins being cheaper than A grade ones, and C grade pins being cheaper than B grade ones!

 

RESTOCKS

I don't plan on restocking any items at the moment. Nevertheless, if a product gets enough interest for a restock, I will sure consider restocking it ! If you don't want to miss any update concerning my products, make sure to subscribe to my newsletter!

 

ARTWORKS

All artworks on this web site are the property of Moon Bun, unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, print or otherwise use any of the content of this website for anything other than your personal, informational, non-commercial use. Moon Bun does not allow reposting artworks on social networks.

Posting pictures of the products you bought once received is however ok and very appreciated! Tag us if you ever do, we would love to see some feedback!

WEBSITE DESCRIPTION

Moon Bun offers their clients the possibility to buy different types of accessories designed by Moon Bun and then produced in limited quantity.

 

PRICING

Prices on the website are in Euros (€, EUR). All prices exclude taxes according to the article 293 B of the CGI. (No taxes are added during check out.)

Depending on where the customer lives, they may be charged VAT and/or custom fees when their order arrive in their country. Check out the "Delivery and Shipping" section for more information

 

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

Paypal: Payments are processed through Paypal using a credit card or Paypal account.

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery time:
→ For an in-stock product, Moon Bun has 7 to 14 days to process the order, then send and notify the client of his package being shipped. 
→ For a made to order product, Moon Bun has 14 to 28 days to process the order, then send and notify the client of his package being shipped. 
→ For a pre-order item, multiple months can be needed for the products to be produced before Moon Bun can send those to the client.

Once shipped, it should take 1 to 3 weeks for the client to receive the package depending on the destination country. 

Delivery is managed by french national post service, La Poste.

Orders do not include a tracking number unless stated otherwise. You can choose to have your order tracked or not in the shipping option at checkout.

Moon Bun is not responsible for potential custom taxes and/or VAT when the package is arriving to the destination country. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. Moon Bun has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.

Moon Bun is not responsible for any external factor that might affect delivery of the products such as strikes and delays in postal services. These factors can not be the object of a refund.

All orders are packed with care and if possible with recycled plastics and cardboards. All orders are double checked before being posted and will not be sent with any extreme defect. Moon Bun is not responsible for any damages incurred by the postal services.

Please double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered and the one supplied to Moon Bun by PayPal via your account are the same. Moon Bun holds no responsibility for being supplied with an incorrect posting address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.

 

MODIFY OR CHANGE AN ORDER

Once the client has checked out, an order is non-modifiable apart from your address if your package is not yet in the packaging process. Please, for any address modification, contact Moon Bun through this email address: contact@moonbun.shop

Cancellation of an order on the behalf of the customer is not possible.

Moon Bun reserves the right to cancel an order.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The client have 7 days after reception of the products to ask for a refund. The refund can happen only if the client is asking through this email address: contact@moonbun.shop and if the client agreed to send the products back to Moon Bun (shipping fees at the client expense). Once the products are received by Moon Bun, Moon Bun has 30 days to refund the client.

REGARDING THE PRODUCTS

Most of the products available on Moon Bun are produced in small quantity and hand-made. Moon Bun owns all the images shown on all pages of the website along with the logo and other imagery of the corporate identity and style guide. Copyright of the images is retained in perpetuity by the artist and they may not be reproduced in any context or media digital or analogue. Moon Bun commits to not redistribute or sell any of personal data of the client to third-parties without consent from the client except for shipping and postal services in the frame of the delivery of your products.

All my products are designed by me, Emma ! I home-make a lot of products, like stickers, 3D printed pins, cards or memory games, and when it's not possible for me to make them myself, I work with my trusted manufacturers in France (for fabric based products) and China (for pins, acrylic products and lanyards)
